Exchange and Return Policy
These terms have been set for your protection and to clarify Afnium Store"s policies regarding returns and exchanges:

In case of receiving an incorrect product: If a customer receives an incorrect item, they will be compensated either by the value of the product or by sending the correct product (if available) at the store"s expense. The customer must review and verify the purchase invoice and ensure it matches the products received before using them or opening the product packaging. Once the product is used or the original packaging is opened, the customer will not be compensated according to the fragrance sales policies.

Opening the original perfume bottle is only allowed after using the sample and fully evaluating it. The original perfume bottle should remain sealed until a final decision is made.

The set cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened.

In case of a defective product or receiving the wrong product: If the customer receives a defective or incorrect item from Vivium Store, the customer can return the incorrect product, and we will either refund the amount to the same account or credit card used for the purchase or send the correct product free of charge, according to the purchase invoice.

Return policy: Products can only be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided the invoice is available, and the product is in its original condition with the perfume still unopened (and with the original packaging intact). No return will be accepted if the product has been opened or used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Trial samples are identical to the original perfume. The original bottle should not be opened until the sample has been tested and fully evaluated. The original perfume bottle must remain sealed until a final decision is made.

Exchange policy: The customer has the right to exchange a product as long as it is in its original condition. The store will verify that the item is in its original state. The customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fees, along with any price differences, if applicable.
